Fue or hair transplantation, whatever you say, I don’t think it should be done on people with diabetes, blood pressure, kidney disease requiring dialysis, liver or severe heart disease, but you need to talk to a doctor.
Based on what I’ve heard, the FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique that’s used by a lot of hair transplant clinics in turkey can be an option for people with kidney disease – but it depends on the situation.
The idea is to closely assess risks and possible complications with your medical team. Because kidney disease affects how well we heal or bounce back; you need an OK from your nephrologist prior to thinking about doing any form of hair transplantation.
For me, I had a successful FUE transplant in Turkey however I did make sure to have extensive conversations with my doctors before going through with it because they knew better about my health condition than anyone else would. They kept a close eye on me throughout everything and so far everything has turned out great!
At the end of the day, you have to find what works best for both your hair goals and overall medical well-being. With proper precautions taken under medical guidance, it might still work but definitely should be approached carefully when someone has kidney disease. Let me know if there are any other questions – happy to help based off of more personal experiences!
Kidney diseases may and may not be suitable for hair transplant as it’s determined by both of the nephrologist that knows the exact condition , And also by the surgeon that will perform the surgery, As hair transplant may cause some infection especially with kidney diseases as it lowers the immunity, Or it also can cause medications interaction, Also healing process duration may differ, So you should consult the surgeon and nephrologist first for your case, Good Luck.
Dialysis is not a big deal with hair transplant, But you can consider it as any other surgery, So you will have to go to your doctor first , Kidney doctor, And have his permission for this surgery and follow up with him while you are in Turkey, Kidney diseases is not much related to hair transplant , Though you have to take care of your health and have the best results for hair transplant, In Istanbul they have hospitals with all specialities to follow up with them in the same hospital.
